Pterodactyl panel update

The game server panel has been updated with security fixes, more reliable schedules and transfers, and improvements to file management, backups and the mobile interface.

Major technical update

The game server panel has been updated to the version current at the time of publication. This update includes security fixes, stability improvements and updated components.

Security

  • Known vulnerabilities in earlier Pterodactyl versions have been fixed, with stronger protection for accounts, the API, SFTP sessions and panel-to-node connections.
  • Active SFTP sessions are automatically revoked after a password change or account deletion.

Stability and schedules

  • Fixed stalled server transfers, task queues and chains of scheduled commands.
  • Improved handling of node disconnections and WebSocket connections, eliminating endless reconnection attempts under certain errors.
  • Fixed an issue that caused some scheduled tasks to run every minute regardless of their configured schedule.

File manager

  • Fixed uploads of 0-byte files and undo via Ctrl+Z.
  • Removed the previous 1024 MB maximum upload limit.
  • Updated editor and file system components.

Backups, databases and ports

Fixed limit checks when creating backups, databases and additional ports, reducing the likelihood of conflicts during concurrent operations.

Minecraft, interface and API

  • Added Java 25 support to standard configurations and updated the Paper installer.
  • Fixed mobile layouts and improved the administrative API, activity log and server list.
  • Updated PHP and JavaScript dependencies, added HTTP security headers and fixed Unicode display in the console.
